By using our website and placing orders, you (“customer,” “you”) enter into a legally binding agreement with House of Lumi under the terms set out herein.

02 ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To purchase from House of Lumi, you must:

◆ Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or account registration.

◆ Maintain the security of any account password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

◆ Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or remove orders at our sole discretion if these terms have been violated.

03 PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

All press-on nail sets and accessories listed on our website are subject to availability. We take great care to present accurate product images, sizing guides, and descriptions; however, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and monitor calibration. These do not constitute grounds for a return.

Our press-on nails are cosmetic products intended for external use only. Please follow all application and wear instructions provided with your order. House of Lumi is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing skin sensitivities.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

04 PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

◆ We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

◆ Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.

◆ House of Lumi reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

◆ Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated and are valid for the specified period only.

05 ORDERS & PROCESSING

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgment that we have received it. A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

As many of our press-on nail sets are handcrafted or made to order, please allow the processing times stated on each product listing. We operate Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information. A full refund will be issued in such circumstances.

06 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. House of Lumi is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

◆ Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

◆ International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and associated fees.

◆ We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received — please contact your local carrier and file a claim directly.

◆ For lost packages, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

07 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of press-on nail products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

◆ Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence.

◆ We will assess your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

◆ Items must not have been used, applied, or tampered with to be eligible for a return.

◆ Customised or bespoke orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All content on this website — including but not limited to nail designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of House of Lumi and/or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.
